ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Browse our collection, choose your size and colour, then click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete your payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.

We accept secure online payments through the payment options shown at checkout. Available payment methods may include debit card, credit card, instant EFT or other supported South African payment options.

Because our products are made to order, we begin processing your order soon after payment is received. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has gone into production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Orders are usually processed and prepared for printing within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, promotions or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Not at this stage, but we may add gift cards in future.

SHIPPING

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Please remember that made-to-order items require processing and production time before dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.

Courier tracking can sometimes take time to update after collection. Please allow some time for the courier system to refresh.

At this stage, STRFRNT does not offer customer collection. Orders are delivered by courier.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you need help with a return. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Made-to-order items may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Size-based exchanges are subject to availability and our returns policy. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item. We will review the request and confirm the next steps.

No. Please contact us first and wait for return approval before sending anything back.

PRODUCTS

Yes. STRFRNT products are produced once an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste.

We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens, lighting and the final printed product.

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

All printed garments should be cared for properly to help protect the design. Wash inside out, use cold water where possible and avoid tumble drying.

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

Some STRFRNT products may have a relaxed or oversized fit. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.

STRFRNT is currently an online store only.

Some items may return, but selected drops may be limited. If an item is no longer available, it may not be restocked.

Not at the moment. STRFRNT currently focuses on selected designs, collections and drops.
